Yoga Class

Your class is 90 minutes, beginning with a guided relaxation and yogic brathing practice.  Svaroopa® Yoga is a slower-paced yoga, with 10-15 poses that give you time to learn as well as to develop mastery.  Class ends with a deeper and more delicious guided relaxation, as well as a contemplation based on yoga's ancient teachings.  Click for our Class Calendar.

Half-Day Workshops

Each Half-Day Workshop is a longer yoga class, which gives you more time to make deep changes in your body, mind and heart as well as to open to the deeper dimensions of your own Self.  Svaroopa® yoga guarantees this multidimensional experience every time.  Enjoy three hours of deep yoga practice under your teacher's experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice.  Click for our calendar.
