Yoga Quickie - 45 minutes

How quickly can you feel better?  Join our user-friendly, deeply effective yoga classes that make a real difference in a short time. Why? Because that’s all you’ve got!

Every week features a different teaching theme.  This gives you variety while you learn a lot of different poses.  Yet it is all laid on the base of profound openings and deep inner experiences.

This class fits easily into your schedule while improving your life. Body, mind, heart and more, just as yoga is so well known for. Your first class will prove how quickly you can feel better.  See weekly class schedule.

Gentle Yoga - 75 minutes

If you are of a certain age or if you’re recovering from illness or injury, these yoga classes will really help.  This is slow yoga, designed to meet you where you are at and move you forward.  Your teacher is one of our Teacher Trainers, highly qualified as well as understanding and helpful.  Learn More

Every pose is customized to your needs and abilities, to make your class enjoyable as well as beneficial.  And you’ll be amazed at how fast your body changes as the pains and years melt away.  Discover how easy it is to feel better.  See weekly class schedule.

Continuing Yoga - 90 minutes

You may begin in these classes, even if yoga is new for you. We customize the poses for each individual, to make it both accessible and efffective.

You can continue your studies in these classes for two years or more.  Each month features a different Yoga Theme, so you're always progressing and learning new poses.  

Your class is 90 minutes, beginning with a guided relaxation and yogic breathing practice.  Svaroopa® Yoga is a slower-paced yoga, with 10-15 poses that give you time to learn as well as to develop mastery.  

Class ends with a deeper and more delicious guided relaxation, as well as a contemplation based on yoga's ancient teachings.  See weekly class schedule.

Yoga + Meditation - 2 hours

Newcomers are welcome in these classes.  Each class lasts a little longer, to make time for meditation at the end.  We customize the poses for each individual along with teaching meditation in every class.

These classes are also based in our cycle of different Yoga Themes, so your progress and learning is enjoyable and fulfilling to you.  

Your class is 1:45, beginning with a guided relaxation and yogic breathing practice.  Svaroopa® Yoga is a slower-paced yoga, with 10-15 poses that give you time to learn as well as to develop mastery.  

Class ends with teachings about meditation and meditation instruction.  See weekly class schedule.

Yoga Boost - 3 hours

Enjoy a three-hour yoga class.  It is like taking two classes back-to-back, which increases your bliss along with your physical improvements.  The inner expansion in your mind and heart are also reliable, as well as the opening deeper within. This is the "svaroopa" in Svaroopa® yoga. 

Enjoy your deep yoga practice under your teacher's experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice. Plus your Guided Relaxation in the final Shavasana is a little longer and even more delicious.

Yoga Breakthrough - 4 hours

Each Half-Day Program begins with a three-hour yoga class, which gives you more time to make deep changes in your body, mind and heart as well as to open to the deeper dimensions of your own Self. Svaroopa® yoga guarantees this multidimensional experience every time.  Enjoy your deep yoga practice under your teacher's experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice. 

An extra hour is pure bliss, including a teaching talk, a chant and meditation.  You still enjoy making deep changes in your body, mind and heart, then carrying that deeper in the inner exporation of your own Divine Essence.  Meditation is taught in every Half Day Program, fully and carefully explained.  Then you actually meditate, which finishes your program with a deeper inner experience.
