Our classes are taught by the premiere Svaroopa^® yoga teachers in the world.  These classes are  available Online.

• Pre-registration is required.
• Once you register for your Online class, you receive the connection codes by email. 
• Use your phone, tablet or computer to participate.  Sharing your image with the teacher is essential so she can help you find the best way to do the poses.
