Upliftment, well-being, and flexibility - these are the benefits that inspired Samvidaananda to begin doing yoga as a teenager. When she was introduced to Svaroopa® yoga, she found more; she experienced bliss. She felt like she had come home.

She also felt called to teach. She began teaching in 1999 and has no plans to ever stop. 

Samvidaananda says, "I love to teach Svaroopa® yoga because the poses give you simple, easy techniques to release your tensions, clear your mind, open your heart, and clear the pathway inward so you can experience the bliss of your own Beingness."  

Her warmth makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease from your first class. And her clarity and humor make it easy for you to learn and to get the most from your yoga.

Samvidaananda teaches meditation programs online and travels to teach in-person yoga classes, meditation classes and workshops. She is available for private sessions both online and onsite.
