I first began Svaroopa® Yoga for stress relief. But I soon discovered the gift I was receiving was much greater.

Beyond stress relief and pain relief, I found an inner satisfaction which can only come from within. The Svaroopa® practices excel at guiding you inward to discover it for yourself. This is why I teach.  

I love to see you go through your process. As you continue to come to class, you get more and more radiant! It is your own light shining from its Source.
