Swami Satrupananda Saraswati, CSBT
Swami Satrupananda began practicing yoga and meditation in the 1990s. She started by taking weekly yoga classes which cured her lower back pain. She travelled to China and Southeast Asia where she deepened her interest in Eastern spirituality.
In 2005, she met Gurudevi Nirmalananda. This changed her relationship with her mind, heart and more. The teachings from Gurudevi gave her answers to questions she didn’t realize she even had. Since then, she has poured all her focus into the Svaroopa® sciences.
Swami Satrupananda has always loved to teach and help others. As a teenager, she coached sports. She loved to help children learn a skill and gain confidence. As an adult, she taught technical skills in industry and colleges. She enjoyed helping others gain a skill that would help them and the world. But her passion for teaching yoga is on a whole new level. She knows that yoga can offer so much for everyone.
CSBT - Certified Svaroopa® Basics Teacher (250 hours)
Use your body to work on your mind, clearing away the thoughts and emotions that cause your stress and tensions. Along with amazing physical improvements, Svaroopa® yoga clears multiple levels simultaneously, to open up access to your own deeper essence, named “svaroopa.”
