I know that pain is a great motivator. It got me started in yoga classes. I had injured my neck & shoulder racing outrigger canoes in southern California.

At the point I started taking Svaroopa®yoga classes I had been in pain for 9 years. Each day I took the maximum amount of Advil. My life was very limited.

With Svaroopa® yoga, right away I was able to do something physical and not feel worse afterwards. Svaroopa® yoga gave me back my life again. This miraculous healing made me want to share this yoga with others. I switched careers from a research scientist to a yoga teacher and therapist.

Now as a swami, a yoga monk, I have dedicated my life to the upliftment of others - physically, emotionally & spiritually. This is so you too can experience the wholeness of your own being. Come and experience how this style of yoga & meditation can work for you.
